AUGUST. A TIME FOR REJUVENATION, REFLECTION AND REFOCUS.

As summer draws to a close and August breezes in, it’s the perfect time for modern women at midlife and beyond to rejuvenate, reflect, and refocus.   1. Prioritize Self-Care
    Indulge in a new skincare ritual, book that massage, continue to hydrate and buy fresh fruits and veggies and take more time to simply rest. Recharging now sets the tone for fall.

  2. Cultivate Connection
    Rekindle friendships or foster new ones. Schedule a coffee date, join a book club, or start a virtual chat group or go to free seminars and learning events. 

  3. Move Mindfully
    Explore new avenues of movement—maybe Pilates, outdoor yoga, or swimming, walking clubs or orange theory. Movement keeps mind and body agile and bones strong.

  4. Declutter and Refresh
    Clear out a closet, donate unused items, or reorganize your workspace. An orderly environment encourages creativity and calm. Clean and organize refrigerator to stock up on fresh veggies and fruits and healthy foods. 

  5. Set Fall Intentions
    Without waiting for New Year’s resolutions, jot down a couple of MOD goals—big or small—to work toward as autumn approaches. 2026 will be here soon!

  6. Invest in Learning
