Introducing Coffee & Croissants, A Mod.Life Monthly Ritual

There’s a certain magic in the early hours-the hush before the day unfurls, when the world is still soft around the edges and possibility hangs in the air like the scent of fresh coffee. At Mod.Life, we believe these moments are sacred-an invitation to gather, nourish, and connect.

We’re thrilled to introduce Coffee & Croissants, a new morning ritual for modern women at midlife and beyond. Join us online from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. Eastern, coffee in hand, croissant optional, for a guided conversation that’s as restorative as it is inspiring.  We have an eastern and west coast version you can join in on both or the one in your time zone.

Why this gathering? Because we know that true wellness is communal. We must gather with shared information, laughter, and the gentle challenge of new perspectives. It’s about waking up not just your body, but your mind and spirit, too.

What You’ll Experience

  • Connection, not small talk: Meet other women who are rewriting what it means to thrive at midlife. This is a space for authentic introductions, networking and meaningful exchanges-think less “networking,” more “nourishing.”

  • Curated conversation: We’ll explore trending news and topics that matter to you-health, reinvention, relationships, reading and the subtle art of living well. Expect a blend of the practical yet productive. Meeting and getting to know others is more important now than ever. It's timeless.

  • A morning reset: Leave feeling seen, supported, and inspired. Our 45-minute format is designed to fit beautifully into your schedule, so you can carry the energy of community into the rest of your day.

At Mod.Life, we’re endlessly curious about what it means to be well and thrive together.

We believe in the simple joy of starting the day in good company.

Register today as we can't wait to meet you!
